By accessing or using GuideKim (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

GuideKim is a medical tourism platform that connects international patients with Korean hospitals and medical facilities. We provide booking coordination, medical interpretation services, and a USDT cashback rewards program through the UniFi wallet ecosystem.

3. USDT Cashback Terms

Our USDT cashback program is subject to the following conditions:

• Cashback is available only for bookings made exclusively through GuideKim.
• Cashback rates vary by hospital and procedure (up to 5% of total surgery cost).
• Cashback is deposited to your UniFi wallet after surgery completion and verification.
• GuideKim reserves the right to modify cashback rates at any time with prior notice.

4. Cryptocurrency Disclaimer

USDT and other cryptocurrency values may fluctuate. GuideKim is not responsible for any changes in the value of USDT after cashback has been deposited. Cryptocurrency transactions on the Kaia blockchain are irreversible. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet credentials.

5. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate personal and medical information, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, not misuse or attempt to manipulate the cashback system, and maintain the security of your wallet and account credentials.

6. Medical Disclaimer

GuideKim is not a medical provider. We facilitate connections between patients and hospitals. All medical decisions, procedures, and outcomes are between you and your chosen medical provider. We strongly recommend consulting with qualified medical professionals before undergoing any procedure.

7. Limitation of Liability

GuideKim shall not be liable for any medical outcomes, complications, or dissatisfaction with procedures. Our liability is limited to the cashback amount associated with your booking. We are not liable for any losses related to cryptocurrency value fluctuations or wallet security breaches.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination, any pending cashback may be forfeited. You may discontinue use of the Service at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
